What is ABA Therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based, goal-driven approach that supports children in learning everyday life skills by breaking tasks into achievable steps. This therapy encourages positive behaviors while helping reduce challenges through proven reinforcement techniques.

ABA therapy is especially effective for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), strengthening skills like communication, social interaction, and daily routines. Each plan is tailored to the child’s unique needs, making therapy both flexible and personal.

By involving caregivers throughout the process, ABA promotes learning that extends beyond sessions—into home, school, and community life.

Who We Serve

Ableminds Therapy proudly delivers services through Minnesota’s Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit. This program supports children under 21 (Ableminds serves ages 1–18) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related conditions.

Through EIDBI, individualized ABA therapy helps children build essential life skills, strengthen independence, and enhance overall quality of life.

Care is available in-home, within the community, or at our center—giving families across the Minneapolis area access to flexible, personalized support. With a strong focus on early intervention, EIDBI ensures children receive meaningful support during critical stages of development.
